The definition of up is: A failure, someone who really messes up. Got it. It has nothing to do with outcome of games. Javie messed up on that play and thus it is considered a up. Got it.
"really messing up" IS to effect the outcome of a very crucial game 3 in the Western Conference Finals. not miscalling a play no one could tell one way or the other, until the replay was shown about a hundred times. I'm still not so sure if that ball did indeed hit the rim.

    Thanks.

Now everyone can go back to whining and ing about the refs or whatever other garbage was being discussed.
Hey Kori. Bottom line. PHX was held to 88 pts. and they couldn't grab a rebound late in the game if their lives depended on it. U win by the 3 and u die by the 3. They're slowly but surley dying now.

the Mavs. All of sudden they think they are destined for greatness. them.
What gives you that impression? I'm not trying to be smart-assy here I'm just curious.

I understand people ing about their fans acting like they've accomplished something -- Although not all of us feel that way -- but the team, to me, doesn't act like they're high and mighty. In fact, they constantly say that they haven't done yet and they have bigger goals than winning these beginning series.

That ball didn't hit the rim but acting like that call would've definently changed the outcome is pretty dumb. Could have -- no doubt. But it's not like that no-call lost the game for the Suns.

A blind man could see Javie up...unless of course that blind man happened to be a Mavs fan.

One up doesn't assure a Suns win...how many points were they down by before that possession and how many points did they score after that possession? Better yet, how many points total did they score after the technical on Terry and Thomas? Remember, Javie called game 7 during the Mavs/Spurs series, I didn't see a lot of Javie whining from the Spurs in that game...in fact, that was a gift-wrapped game to the Spurs from the refs but your team couldn't capitalize. It's ridiculous how some viewers get hung up on one frickin' call in a game and ignore the rest of the game and the reasons that the Suns lost cause let me tell you, everyone knows the loss wasn't due to that one call.

Hey, I'll admit whenever the Mavs get a call their way but as far as tonight's game he made the right call.

Did I say that call was the one and only reason the Suns lost? No, in fact, I'm pretty sure I said that it probably didn't matter because they couldn't make a basket or grab a rebound to save their lives. I don't really think it was the only bad call in the game or even a huge turning point. I saw lots of bad calls in the game. This series (in fact the whole playoffs) is making me want to barf because of the officiating. Its almost worse than the refs we saw bail out the Lakers for so many years. And please don't even get me started on Javie in game 7. I don't even want to go there. If there wasnt much complaining about him on this board during/after that game then perhaps it was because Bavetta was there. Personally, I hate Javie more, but I'm not a fan of Bavetta's either. They both need to go jump off a cliff IMO.

haha I had an argument with my Suns fan friend during the game and it went like this...

    Me: Where's the 24-second violation?
Friend: I think it grazed the rim.
Me: No it didn't. We got a break on that one!
Friend: [sees replay] See? The ball bounces off the board and hits the side by a hair.

Very surreal. I think KVH got away with a travel as well although it might have been tipped by a Sun. But no matter what happens: Dallas deserved to win this. They controlled the tempo, made shots, hustled their asses off and played defense while Phoenix didn't play with a sense of urgency.

Boris Diaw for Rasho straight up. The money matches and the suns needs a slow big man to run their offense.
Yeah the suns would do that.

    Get yourself a dictionary.

    This is the princeton definition

botch: make a mess of, destroy or ruin; "I botched the dinner and we had to eat out"; "the pianist screwed up the difficult passage in the second movement" That is a up. Plain and simple.

    Is that clear enough.

Please. You blind. With today's technology of 100 angles, you head would have to be stuck up your ass if you didn't see the ball miss rim.

if you're gonna throw Payton in there, you mind as well throw Darrell Armstron in there. C'mon, experience or no experience, Payton doesn't have the foot speed to hang with Harris or Terry.
Darrel armstrong is a nobody in the league right now. He has lost a step and the quickness that once defined his game is slow dteriorating. TP blew by him time and time again. I was surprised Avery kept him in there.

Payton has been in the finals. He knows how hard it is to get there and has been through all the pre-game, during, and after game preparations. That is different from a rookie making a finals debut. The nba games is very emotional and psychological. His shot gets tight and his start doubting himself. He found that out in a GAME 7 in San Antonio. In the finals, the pressure will only be TEN TIMES greater. Experience matters my friend.

I'm having deja vu. I could of sworn that the spurs had the exact same non shotclock violation call go there way during round 2.

    LMAO!!!!

To the few bitter Spurs fans here, you have NO IDEA how great your replies are to Mavs fans. It brings such joy to our hearts to see some of you still whine about officiating, wish AIDS on Mark Cuban, etc etc...too freakin' funny!!

If anything, some of you are keeping them here by complaining about them being here...keep it up betweens casts...
