He's still very young and this was his time to shine, he didn't deliver, but who does their first year aside from a small majority?

I'm impressed with how well Romo did for this being his first real playoff game. He screwed up but in the end I think it wasn't his mistakes that costed the win.

I know it's not his first year but how many games did he play for him to be considered a "savvy veteran quarterback"? He's virtually a rookie in that he had no starting game experience in real games up to this point.

I'm just saying I'm not going to shun this guy because of the kick, did you see what he did after? Whenever I see a botched put down they often get sacked but he tried to run it in and get a score, I thought that was a smart manuever but unfortunately it didn't go well.

well technically he did get sacked since he lost yardage, and like Kori said what was he going to do besides run it wasn't that impressive. The fact is he screwed up one of the most fundemental plays in the game. I am not saying his performance in the game was horrible and that he didn't show heart in the final drive, but his screw up DID cost the cowboys that game.
