Tim didn't lose his cool. He got raped, didn't get a call, and picked up a frustration call. Not the end of the world. I don't know what Pop yelled at Manu for, though.

Notice how aggressive Tim plays when he's pissed off? Why doesn't he play that way every game? I just don't get it.
While watching the game I am looking up "Tennis elbow" and reading the medical advice to prevent "Tennis Elbow" and it says Preventing tennis elbow:

He can't be aggressive in the first half because he would pickup quick fouls, he has to play somewhat passive the first 3 quarters... wtf? he has been doing that for years...
My TV has a Beno Blocker feature. It just focuses on where the defender should be for proper defense. Beno is sure to never be there.
