I knew you were a lakers fan. I guess the Spurs aren't making it pass the WCF this year![]()
It was fun sharing the game with you guys, it's so much better than just screaming to myself. I have a propensity to get mouthy, please excuse any offense I may have dished out.
Peace.

Tracy's block on Kirilikenko was the biggest play of the game next to the Landry block. That ignited the run that got Houston just enough space to survive despite basically choking late...
Not true. He didn't start scoring until that time. He was still playing within the offense and getting others involved. I remember a dime to Scola at around the 7 minute mark.
Landrover steamrolled tonight!! That's my man!! The human pogo stick. That game alone converted his $400,000 salary to over $5 mil next year![]()
Gutsy win by the Rockets tonight...this might actually go 6-7 games after all. I'd rather the Lakers play the Jazz than the Rockets though. SO I'm rooting for the Jazz, but it's great that the Rockets are lengthening the series.
Whew, I am in shock,.......maybe we can steal game 4 too.
DD
Landrover? Don't you mean fish restaurant
oh wellz.... at least the lakers fans were suffering with us the last couple of years
dont go too y, lakers fans. someday it will comeback and bite ur hairy arses![]()
Your a fool if you want the Jazz instead.
The playoffs are a different ball game... its a lot easier to zone in and fully prepare for a team and take away their strengths in a playoff series... the Jazz are a much better ball club than the Rockets without Yao, regardless of how u match up.
I still think the Lakers beat the Jazz in 6.... but i think you would get the Rockets in 4 or maybe 5.
ANyway the Jazz are going through and it will be a tougher series than you think.
Nah, you just have to look at the matchups closely. It's a game of matchups and the Jazz matchup very well against the other 6 West Playoff teams but poorly against the Lakers.
The Rockets have the Anti-Kobe in Battier. And the Lakers can't stop T-Mac. Dikembe's size bothers Pau. Scola and Landry are feisty rebounders which the Lakers have problems with. Rockets taking on the Lakers would be a 6-7 game series.
Utah on the other hand have no answer for Kobe, Pau will run circles around Okur and Lamar will contain Boozer. D-Will will get his but that's a good thing because if he's busy scoring on Fisher, he won't be passing out to his teammates.
Lakers will easily dispatch the Jazz, the Rockets would be difficult.

Jazz in 5.
Well that game sucked big time. That was the worst game of the 3 we've played. I felt the entire arena was too overconfident. The team, the media, and the fans all felt like this was gonna be a sweep. The players may have been saying the right things but by their body language I could tell they figured Houston was going to mail it in.
All the credit goes to Houston though. They wanted the game more than we did. I can't believe we missed 13 free throws, ran our offense like crap, had no urgency to go after loose balls, and still only lost the game by 2. It was by far the worst game we've played in this series and we still could've won it at the end.
One of the post game radio guys said it best...he said we looked like we had boxing gloves on the entire game. We couldn't hold onto anything. Something is seriously wrong with Boozer. He's been average at best over the past couple months. Memo looked like a lazy idiot last night as well. He was pathetic.
I should've known though that we wouldn't make this easy. It's been our calling card the entire season. We find ways to screw up the best possible senarios and then have to dig ourselves out of trouble. Instead of getting 4-5 days rest, now we have to battle through a 6 game series.
This is the first time I've left a Jazz game dissapointed. Don't see too many L's in the ESA. Anyway...props to Rafer Alston, Scola, and Carl Landry. They took it to us and we didn't respond. I thought Rafer was the key for Houston. He set the tone early by hitting his shots and the rest of the Rockets responded. TMac is still a joke and one of the most unintellegent basketball players I've ever seen. He's one of the most talented players in the league, but his basketball knowledge is pathetic. If he had 50% of the basketball intellegence Kobe has, he'd be unstoppable.
Hey, SpursDynasty, can you tell us, loud and clear, Is there, any chance, that Rockets will win this playoff series?
Please?![]()
