Man, I just want this done whether or not he comes or not. Such a waste of time all this posturing. Phoenix f$#ked up trying to trade him without talking to him about it, so now they're going to have to live with their screw ups. Their incompetence has put them in this situation and they can't expect to be bailed out. F#$king loser franchise (no offense to their true fans). Hopefully KD has told them he wants Spurs only and other teams have gotten word of that and aren't offering much. If he's given them a true list of teams, then some of it is on him as it seems like Phoenix is trying to get whatever last scrap they can get from a team. He needs to play it similar to Kawhi and pick one team only, otherwise, Phoenix are just going to keep screwing around hoping/wishing for better offers.

Also shot it down by directly saying he didn't want to play for them. Wolves said they wouldn't trade for him if he wasn't onboard. Don't need any issues in the locker room or just trying to get a player to play.
even Shams is an Ishbia guy. They are trying their hardest, but it ain't working. At this point all of this is just propaganda by the Suns.
At this point they're just hoping a team that hasn't called before makes a dumb offer because they're not getting from the Spurs or the Rockets.

with that said i really dont get what the wolves are doing. they moved the heavens and earth to go get gobert. they traded away their other franchise big and extended rudy. now they want to trade him for a 37yo forward?
who would they start at center? pay naz ried 25+ mil per year to be a starting center? their rebounding and rim protection would be complete . they dont have any other center. and so if durant is gone in 1-2 years, they will have dumped all those picks (gobert) and KAT so they could have a 37yo durant and maybe randle?
just seems nonsensical. the only way a KD trade really makes sense for minny is if randle opts in and goes to phoenix, and the package doesnt involve rudy... but that doesnt seem to be whats being discussed at all
Imo, last year they realized they can't get anywhere with KAT and Gobert, it's just that they couldn't move both in the same offseason.
KAT is just too big of a negative on defense if you want to win a championship and Gobert is too big of a negative on offense.
They see KD as a good opportunity to get rid of Gobert as a positive asset and they obviously want to find a younger and more importantly cheaper rim protector.

The standoff appears to be between Durant and Phoenix wanting him to go to Minnesota or possibly Toronto, etc. My guess is, it's either: one of these places or we'll have you in for camp and we'll run it back.
I don't think Phoenix is going to take the SAS package at this point.
The Spurs should not move off their offer; hey Suns here are the options we will give you take it or leave it and good luck with trading with the other teams
I bet it's an empty threat, though I imagine when the Suns relent it'll be to trade him to Houston for the #10 and Jalen Green.
