at the day before Super Tuesday
"NEVER SURRENDER!"
"NEVER SURRENDER!"
meadows is ing himself with this motion for removal... he's basically saying the case should be removed to federal court because everything he died was under the color of his federal position of chief of staff, including setting up the election call w/ georgia, etc
but it would be a violation of the hatch act to use your federal office for the purpose of influencing an election
Did Talcott have damning information on Orange Dipstick?
GOP legal activist, Alexander Talcott, 41, is stabbed to death at his New Hampshire home (msn.com)
The entire debacle is embarrassing as a nation but required to show grifters in office aren't above the law, even if they eventually are.
Yeah seems these guys will try anything regardless of logic or consequences. Maybe it's just a symptom of Meadows' flipping while trying to look like he's not flipping.
pretty sure its a hail mary-
the gop/trump/moscow mitch packed the federal court with partisan/federalist judges and meadows is taking a shot at getting one of those hack bought and paid for judges who will throw the case out on the “executive immunity” gambit…
if meadows fails and is forced to stand trial in georgia under state prosecution- then he will flip on trump and make a deal instead of going to the crossbar hotel
or at least that is what a defendant with a good lawyer would try
Nine years ago today!
SCANDAL!
Marked March 4, 2024 on my calendar.
"NEVER SURRENDER!"
If you don't count shoplifting Hillary's 8 years, which turned into a death knell, OR, killing Bin Laden on spec. See, when American does it (murder Bin Laden on spec) it's okay. When MBS does it to Yogi, it's WW3 and a death warrant is sworn onto MBS, until gas hits $6 a gallon, then Biden crosses over and begs for $3 a gallon. MBS threw his ass out.
Never seen anyone themselves this bad on the stand. Now Jack Smith is gonna circle back.
"NEVER SURRENDER!"
Oh the transparency!
Party of Law and Order: GA Republicans discussing using new law to remove Fani Willis from office.
https://www.vanityfair.com/news/2023...ing-indictment
Even if it works, and the GA GOP appoints a friendly prosecutor, Trump is facing three other criminal indictments. He could easily go down in the do ents case, and should.
It still wouldn't be enough, Winester. Only your passing will quell your hatred for Trump.
