I think Osama Bin Harden was mad over that dunk. It was a fair dunk tbh

I predict Rockets will win next game, and wouldn't be surprised if it was a blowout. I believe Portland will win game six nail biter though to close out the series.
Having Brooks over Lin would have absolutely helped, but yea Sampson leaving hurt too. Trading away a valuable veteran playoff PG for a guy we never played was stupid as .
Yeah it was stupid, but Harden looked to have given up after Sampson left. And there was no guarantee McHale was going to play Brooks over Lin. He is that dumb.
Lmao, no way does Morey go and why should he? Lin yeah. Mchale, definitely.
But I thought I was blinded by my Lin hatred GB? Are you admitting that he brings absolutely nothing to the table now?
Not trying to be a downer but I hope Dr. Jack Ramsay doesn't bite the dust right now. That guy knows a lot about basketball. I heard during the game that he was in a ho e center so it must be getting bad for him. Damn shame.
Parsons is buns, tbh
claiming he's the best SF in the series and then having no impact or getting slumped by my Batum on almost every play down the stretch
and then you got those two wack ass pg's offering up a combined 3/13 from the field for 10 pts 6 boards and 5 assists with 5 turnoverseven when you combine them you don't even get a league average starting pg
pretty much unacceptable when you got the "stopper" out of the two of them out there getting cooked by lillard on every critical play when you're tryna keep the lead. its like damn clockwork son.
I tried defending that fool, but this game brought me over the top. that guy. Even though mo williams was clearly out of bounds, parsons was open right in front of him. Bam, series tied up at 2 a piece.
Yup. Thats exactly what I was talking about, I knew the got would cost us in the postseason. To his credit, its not like he's lazy, he's just extremely stupid or y about making a homerun play everytime.
all year i've been hearing about how legit terrence jones is, so i don't want to hear this "we have no PF" crap. ur just an easy matchup for aldridge
That made me laugh out loud. Thanks for that!![]()
He wasn't out of bounds fool.
![]()
I thought he was out too until I saw that pic, didn't care because fk the Rockets
People see what they wanna see ...don't let them steal tour shine, tlong.
Over a series calls even out.
Have people not been watching? home teams get calls. stars get calls. Harden and Dwight have got calls this series and Blazers some home cookin'.
that was the NBA under Stern will be the same under Silver.
Big win by Portland, it's a madhouse here in the Rose City.
I'm not going to defend Jeremy Lin's self admitted bone headed play at the end of regulation. But I will say there's plenty of blame to go around especially on McHale's ridiculous subs utions. We blew an 10 point lead to this team. We have done that in all three of our loses. Harden has been sucking big time. He shot 9 of 21 and 3-11 3ptrs. Beverly shot 2-7 and scored 6 pts. Wow! Jeremy scores 4 points on 1-6 shooting. That flat out blows. Only players that showed up were Parsons and Howard.
McHale took Asik out in the third quarter with 5 fouls never to return. But if you look at this game, we got that big lead when both Asik and Howard were on the floor together. Asik was clutch defensively on Aldridge and those two have a huge rebounding edge when they are both in. Why McHale didn't put him back in is beyond anyone's guess. I guess jack the ball up gimmicky three point offense is all McFail can think of doing.
FYI: http://houston.culturemap.com/news/s...-for-turnover/
McHale never owns up to anything.
Dumbass could have called that time out at the end of regulation himself if it was that important.
Why McHale stuck with Terrence Jones on LaMarcus in games 1 and 2 boggles my mind. He should have known that wouldn't work. At least change it up in game 2, but noooo.

I'd consider trading Harden. Serious.
No and I can't believe I"m saying this. He's right on all 4 counts.

McHale on why the Rockets lost.
Here's a link to the interview.
https://ca.sports.yahoo.com/video/po...054802017.html
When asked at the start of the interview what went wrong, McHale said:
"We had opportunities.
We held the ball
There were mismatches
We didn't drive enough.
We held the ball too much, and we weren't aggressive driving."
In response to a second question, he cited the three consecutive botched plays in the 3rd Quarter as an example of missed opportunities. (That was when we were up by 10 or 11, and then on successive possessions Chandler and then James threw the ball away on easy fast break opportunities, then on the next possession James committed a charge for his 3rd foul. I remember the possession after that Asik picked up his 3rd foul, it was all like a slow motion car wreck.) McHale said, "we could have been ahead by 17 points."
McHale said, the team just did not show a lot of aggression. He said they were trying to go to Dwight in OT because Dwight had been doing well.
He cited "Loose balls; little plays." He mentioned that at the "end of game; we should have thrown the ball ahead; we could have gotten a 3."
"Players have to know that playoffs are different from regular season; they are built for the grind; they need to grind out wins."
"Grind out plays; execute
Stick with the plan –."
At this point, McHale was asked about Lin. He said the players had been instructed, if they rebounded the ball, to take a time out if there was a not a clear break opportunity.
But he really just gave it as an example of how the players in general had not followed instructions during the game.
He said immediately after: "That’s not his [Jeremy's] fault; he made basketball plays; I’m just saying that is typical of what we did tonight. ... we had some defense tonight where we just stood there and watched the guy shoot the ball. We can’t do that. We have to get up in his face."
He's in his first year of actually playing and can't match up with LA. He is also not a good fit with Dwight since he can't really shoot. Couple that with the fact that the backup PF, Dmo is complete trash and hasn't seen a minute, it's absolutely true that this team needs a PF. The criticism of a stretch 4 has been there all season...it isn't anything new.
