Portugal is going to get run over by England. They'll be missing Deco, Costinho, and perhaps Christiano Ronaldo with the injury.
Scolari is 11-0-0 in WC matches with Brazil and Portugal, impressive.

Great game. Again referee was in big trouble. Some situations in soccer needs to be cleared by instant replay, and they shoyuld done that after 2002.

Took a solid kick, es up, to the thigh. He tried to hang tough for a while but he got nailed pretty good.
I think its more like what did not happen?There was a ton of yellow cards and 3 red cards. Several would be fights and a ref that shouldn't quit his day job

I saw about a minute just before the half and saw Costinho get the red card and I heard them talking about Ronaldo and whether he's played in his last WC. I didn't know wtf they were talking about. They showed him on the side, but I couldn't tell if he'd been injured or if he'd gotten a red card. Wish I'd gotten to see more of the game.

I loved this Portugal/Holland game! One of the most physical games I've seen in a while and not only that, it was really entertaining despite the 1-0 score. My Dad and I were laughing because we thought there was going to be a 10 minute stoppage time; well we weren't that far off. Really brutual game and lots of little fights here and there. of a game!

what joe cole has shown so far in this tourney > c.ronaldo, only problem i have with england team atm is playin and lampard is not livin up to his reputation, his had so many shots at goal but to shoot it outside into the stands. he is probaly teh dissapointing player on the england team.

Yeah, I am really looking forward to that game. I don't really know who to root for but I just hope to see a good game. I could post some pictures when I come back if anybody is interested in seeing them?!

I don't think England will "run over " Portugal. England played like crap and even a team without Deco and Costinho should give them a fight (assuming Ronaldo will be back). England needs to play better to get past them...
