The rebounding improvement has been nice to see from Victor. He's still a poor screener but light years better than where he was the first five games of the season.

He’s already a defensive monster. He got fooled on a reverse pivot by Vooch, and in his next 4 defensive plays against him had 3 blocks and a very close goaltending call. Vooch eventually just passed the ball away every time Wemby was covering him.
I don’t think it’s hyperbole to say that he’s more dominant and advanced, as a rookie, on defense than Steph was on offense, as a rookie. He’s going to be a defensive Mozart or Einstein.
The defense was the craziest part absolutely. Getting cooked on a move and IMMEDIATELY adjusting and not falling for it again resulting in 3 blocks is insane.

I’m impressed how quickly he’s turned around his rebounding in recent weeks. Its like they changed his regime/focus of late to prime him for the center spot
Wemby would have average 12+ rebs easily if he is playing Center.
He's just playing closer to the basket, therefore getting more rebounding opportunities. As good as 20 rebounds sound, he could have had much more on the last game.
Victor cuts and fights hard every possession. That's why he is getting so gassed. He will learn when he needs to excert his energy.
Those % are dropping pretty steadily across the board.
Unfortunately Victor's aren't improving either... yet.

His defense and rebounding is improving hugely, but god his shot has gone to absolute .
