Figured you would chime in.
Appreciate it.
Safety Erik Huhn no longer with the program. Not a big deal playing wise doubt he would have seen the field but there's an open roster spot.
Figured you would chime in.
Appreciate it.
Good news for the program, but I hope he'll finish his education.
Looks like a disgruntled Wake Forest fan edited this year's media guide.
ESPN just released their 2017 rankings. ATH Dylan Moses at number 1. Texas commit WR Damion Miller checks in at #159 (21st WR and 21st in the state of Texas).

Too bad. I was at the Steele-Madison game when he tore his ACL. That was the first game of the season and it seems as if he was never the same.
Quotes from 2017 S Derrick Tucker of Manvel (24/7):
“It (Under the Lights) was good,” Tucker said. “I don’t think anyone caught the ball on me. OK, maybe one guy did but by accident.”
"It's really a dream come true,” Tucker said. “Texas is one of many of my dream schools. I knew that I could get an offer from them; I just had to come to the camp and show them some of my talent. But there is a lot they still haven't seen."
“It’s like home, and there’s no place like home.”
“Reggie (Hemphill) is already recruiting me,” Tucker said.
Update on 2017 LB Anthony Hines of Plano East after attending "Under the Lights" (24/7):
“It was a really good visit,” Hines said. “I really liked that I had a chance to talk to Coach Strong for about 30 minutes. We had a good conversation. I got a feel for what he’s trying to do. I really liked what he said about his plan. He’s a big time coach.”
“I’m definitely very interested in Texas,” Hines said. “What sticks out is the way they are building it up. They had a rough season last year, but they had a really good recruiting class, and I know they work hard."
“I talk to Malik Jefferson, and he tells me about all the work they’re doing to get better. They’re definitely going to get better. I know they will with their recruiting class and a guy like Coach Strong.”
WR, CB, S, LB, QB... it's good but...
I wanna see fat:
C, OG, OT
and then fairly fat DL, DE
Floss me something heavy duty.
LOL. Yesterday I read a quote from him that said, "Texas is my dream school." Today I find out that it actually goes, " Texas is one of my MANY dream schools." haha
I have come to hate the "dream school" reference in recruiting.
OrangeBloods reporting OL Camrhon Hughes is not expected to be with the team once fall practice starts.
So, with the loss of Hughes, Huhn, Lampkin, and the addition of the new punter, the roster looks to be at 81.
It will be 80 once WR Gilbert Johnson is officially out.
