This is kind of where I'm leaning, but I do worry sometimes that my DVD collection is approaching critical mass -- I own WAY more movies than I'll ever have the time to watch.
I'm with you there.
That's why I usually gear my spending towards cds.
This way, I can listen to them wherever and whenever it's convenient.
I don't even know how many movies that I've bought and still haven't watched yet.

true that... as much as getting free music is great... having the cd and liner notes is 10x better .. plus you can always just rip them to your computer.

I left most of my actual CDs in storage when I moved and have gotten a bunch of music online for convenience, but there are several CDs that I have to actually own. The liner notes and packaging on Capitol's Ultra Lounge set, for instance, is almost as good as the music.
