Things have finally been going the Spurs way the last couple of days. Finally this team has been cursed the entire year really haven’t seen it from any Spurs team in a long time.
Not only did the Spurs have a horrible losing stretch prior to this current winning streak, but their compe ion was on quite the fortunate streak of close wins..hopefully it's beginning to turn..

It's hard to understand why we lost a guy who can compete with Gobert in the paint for rebounds/playing D. Joff is fine but it's clear that Dedmon is a better player.
Dedmon had a good game overall. Rudy Gobert 15pts, 16rebs, 2bks Vs Dewayne Dedmon 15pts, 15rebs, 4asts, 2stl, 1blk.
Spurs let him go for nothing. I would have rather have kept Dedmon and Simmons at their current salaries than pay Gasol what he got (was it possible to have kept both Dedmon and Simmons at their current salaries?), or even just Dedmon himself.
We would have lost way more games.
The trade-off was Dedmon/Gay, not Dedmon/Pau. People keep acting like that was the trade-off, and it wasn't. This is also ignoring the possibility that Dedmon didn't want to play for SA in the first place.
