Good question. I think most of the league is not chasing Durant, so they don't mind seeing GS sign him and then have to renounce a bunch of their players, so they would become available as UFAs.
They're prolly waiting to even listen to offers until they hear from GS. As much as that group trash talks the rest of the league they're pretty loyal to each other.

I feel bad for Bud having to put up with Howard. Maybe something good will come of it with Howard getting him fired and he comes back to us as assistant with the promise that he'll eventually take over as coach once Pop calls it quits.
