They offered it in college? I've had a Bally's membership for years ... the guy that taught it on Tuesdays & Thursdays was badass. But I just looked at the schedule and it doesn't look like he's there anymore.
It looks like this new guy that used to go to a lot of the other classes I went to...and he had no ing rhythm whatsoever. So him leading a class has got to totally suck.

No, you can't get Vitamin C poisoning. Linus Pauling was pushing megadoses of Vitamin C as the cure for everything a while back. After a certain amount, however, I believe it all just spills out into your urine.
