We don't have a third wing, much more important!!!
Fffffffffffffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuu.....

Who the heck is our 3rd big, aka first off the bench? Pau is basically 2011/2012 Duncan, he is going to need some rest and Pop won't play LMA 40+ minutes a night in the regular season, either...
1. LMA
2. Pau
3. ?????????
4. Dedmon (still raw and not ready to be first big off the bench
5. ???? Bonner? ???? Milutinov? ????
I don't get the Diaw trade for nothing at all? Why not just keep Bobo as 3rd big/first off the bench?
// Side note, a big YOU to that got D-Worst. Hope he goes down with the Dublets ship when the San Andreas rumbles next season.

Manu is our 3rd wing tbh. Simmons has more experience now and we have that other guy.
Anderson would probably come in for Pau with Manu coming in for Green a couple of minutes later.
The purpose of the Diaw trade was to create cap space to sign Gasol.
This really, Manu/KA should be the first players off the bench.
will Amare settle for a min contract?
GS let go of Bogut.... Cavs dont have a big man.... do we really need 3?
Todays NBA is small ball now
WHy hate on Bonner? do you guys not remember he helped us beat Thunder in 2014? by forcing Ibaka out of the lane?
Would assume so at this point.
Tradition, tbh
^^^ This it was either Diaw or Gasol and they needed a starting big.
Amare has said he's willing to play for the minimum as long as he gets CONSISTENT minutes.
Does 3 mins a game count?
He will not get over himself.
Anyways I think D West hamstrung Pop in the same way. He came in ring chasing but he had to be guaranteed a role or he wouldn't have joined.
Both madicore, not legitimate third wing for a playoff team!
That's why our wing situation is much more problematic...
Anderson played the 4 in SL. He's the Diaw role-filler. Dedmon replaces Boban's slot until the Spurs sign another big with some experience. If not, Bertans can stretch to the 4 with the right matchup defensively. (He played 4 in SL, also).
My guess is that the Spurs sign a vet for the minimum to replace West.
yeah it's Dedmon who will play more than boban because he has a conventional center body and game.
Dedmon is more than capable of being our 3rd big man. Can sub In for first for Pau, then Pau can sub in for LMA during a regular season rotation. Against the Warriors we are probably just going to need one big anyways. We need a backup PF and will probably be either Stokes or Anderson imp. If that doesn't work they have their first they could trade in a good draft next season to acquire a power forward.
At this point I would only take Thomas Robinson before him, TBH. Still hoping for McCalough thoug.
Pau and LMA are both capable of playing the 5 in today's nba
