IMO it speaks volumes that Biden hasn't nominated an AG yet. He probably has a more milquetoast pick that McConnell can live with and a more aggressive pick that requires a senate majority. If the Dems can win Georgia the AG might actually be someone who goes after Trump.

If they win a senate majority then Bernie gets his own subcommittee, not sure he'd even want Labor Secretary anymore. Either way I'd rather not trust Phil Scott to maintain a senate majority either.
