Annually?
This doesn't mean much. If 70% of auto related deaths wore seatbelts, that doesn't mean seatbelts are ineffective. It doesn't tell you how many deaths seatbelts prevented.
It does mean that they are mostly ineffective at preventing the spread of COVID-19
Impressive if true, I wish the USA had the ability to do testing on this scale.

https://apnews.com/article/virus-out...225cdde17b30fdChinese health authorities will test all 9 million people in the eastern city of Qingdao for the coronavirus this week after nine cases linked to a hospital were found, the government announced Monday.
The announcement broke a two-month streak with no virus transmissions reported within China, though China has a practice of not reporting asymptomatic cases. The ruling Communist Party has lifted most curbs on travel and business but still monitors travelers and visitors to public buildings for signs of infection.
Authorities were investigating the source of the infections in eight patients at Qingdao’s Municipal Chest Hospital and one family member, the National Health Commission said.
“The whole city will be tested within five days,” it said on its social media account.
23 reinfections with one confirmed death so far, according to this report
https://bnonews.com/index.php/2020/1...9-reinfection/[The clinicians] had access to test samples from both infections and confirmed that the genetic makeup of each virus was different to a degree which cannot be explained through in-vivo evolution. This supports the finding that the woman was suffering from a reinfection with coronavirus.
To date, researchers have confirmed only 23 cases of reinfection, but in all prior cases the patient recovered.

No, you said no one would die.
Of the 225 530 excess deaths, 150 541 (67%) were attributed to COVID-19. Joinpoint analyses revealed an increase in deaths attributed to causes other than COVID-19, with 2 reaching statistical significance. US mortality rates for heart disease increased between weeks ending March 21 and April 11 (APC, 5.1 [95% CI, 0.2-10.2]), driven by the spring surge in COVID-19 cases. Mortality rates for Alzheimer disease/dementia increased twice, between weeks ending March 21 and April 11 (APC, 7.3 [95% CI, 2.9-11.8]) and between weeks ending June 6 and July 25 (APC, 1.5 [95% CI, 0.8-2.3]), the latter coinciding with the summer surge in sunbelt states.

Very liberal use of the word "healthy" here
30 year old spends 94 days in hospital
There are probably a number of reasons that Japan and S.Korea have such low mortality, but I'm sure one reason is lower rates of obesity.
