Leonard not leader ask pop
It's not really the shot attempt number for me, it's more of the fact that he is averaging way more than the next person and barely averaging 3 assists a game. Toronto has a free flowing offense and is built like the 2015 Spurs where they spread the shots around. If you take out Kawhi, then you notice that everybody's shot attempts are in the same ball park. 18.4 attempts is a lot for this system.
The Spurs run an iso system. That's the main complaint around here, that we iso ball too much in a modern NBA which says that iso ball is bad. But DeRozan is averaging double Kawhi's assists while only shooting one more shot a game. I guess I'm just disappointed in Kawhi. I thought he would've evolved and learn how to get other players more involved and continue to strive for greatness. But to me it seems like he's content where he is, a Bernard King with better defense (which isn't a bad).

If the 76ers have tired of this saga and are considering trading Fultz, and multiple sources said they are, his trade value must have declined a great deal since the start of the season. The team might be able to get a late first-round pick for Fultz from a desperate club willing to take a chance, or the Sixers could try for a player with an expiring contract. That would enable them to avoid paying the $9.7 million that Fultz is guaranteed for next season.
Only would've wanted Fultz if he was used to match salary instead of Chandler. Bust written all over him.
Wow. Seeing thows highlights shows me Kawhi doesn’t move nearly the same as he used to. He’s not as active and disruptive defensively. He used to be like a shut down corner that could take one whole side of the field away, in his case the court.
He also doesn’t have the same lift. He never really had a springy vertical, but if you look at his takeoffs on the break, it’s not the same. Of course he can still dunk with ease because of his wingspan. But the lift is definitely diminished.
Maybe he’s really taking his comeback slowly, or trying to make sure he gets the max contract by avoiding injury. But it’s not the same Kawhi physically.
I think your observations are on point. We had the best defensive version of Kawhi. His footwork and skills have improved but he's physically not the same. And... him.
He joins the great Matt Bonner
new balance
From Jordan to New Balance. Uncle Dennis and his group are doing a great job.
New balance, for when you aren't too proud to accept checks for not working
Dennis is really screwing up here. The back to back rest is hurting his award chances, and now instead of waiting out the season because hes more than likely going to finish all NBA he signs with New balance.
Raptors fans are still delusional. They refuse to believe his resting is all Dennis approved
some NB shoes actually look slick. will never buy them though, they contribute way too much $ to the GOP.
I would liked to laugh at the New Balance deal but I have to find out the actual numbers of the deal. If Kawhi gets a Curry like Under Armour deal then it’s a good deal.
nike actually contributes way too much to the GOP too... but they actually make donations to the democrats as well.
Such a Leonard move. lol.
Going from Jordan Brand to New Balance is like going from a Ferrari to a Prius
Great job Uncle head
Leonard says it’s not official (yet?) at media just now.
Probably cause he was caught off guard not realizing Dennis signed the papers already
Twitter is killing him. I’ve never seen an MVP caliber player do such weird things PR wise. Definitely entertaining.
Isn't that the matt bonner shoe lol
New Balance has the P.F. Flyers brand. Anybody besides me remember them?
