another fener player in the nba
One less potential laker lol
another fener player in the nba
Hassan Whiteside to the Trailblazers for Leonard and Harkless per Woj
Why would Portland take on that contract?
Wow, bad trade for Portland.
Portland gets a starting caliber center on an expiring deal as it awaits Jusuf Nurkic's return from a serious leg injury. Blazers offseason: Whiteside, Kent Bazemore, retain Rodney Hood and draft Nassir Little. Another Western contender loading up. - woj
sorry woj, but those players are no contenders.
Lol. Whiteside sucks and has a cancerous at ude. His game is beyond archaic
Portland is going to be better Whiteside is a free agent next off-season so he comes off their books. I think Whiteside is fine and will do better in Portland. They still have their core pieces although they don't have Aminu anymore.
Whiteside, while expensive, is expiring and they need a starting center with Nurkic out.
LMA better cancel those return plans unless he wants the vet min.
Huh? It’s just a one year deal. If Whiteside sucks he’s off their books after this season.
His kids keep prospering under him.
Lots of teams have outbid the Spurs in the buyout market before. Holding onto it is a guarantee of nothing. Not every team has the minimum only to offer in the buyout market, some might end up having more cash left to offer than the Spurs even if the Spurs did keep the remainder of the MLE.

Free agent guard Austin Rivers has agreed to a two-year deal to return to the Houston Rockets, league source tells ESPN.
Rivers deal includes a player option on the second year, source tells ESPN.
There goes another player not going to be a Laker
Teams really should push the one’s left fast before Lakers get to them
Look, I understand that the deal is for one year, but man, Whiteside is an absolute bum when it comes to work ethic, and being a team player...maybe he gets motivated for another contract, but Portland seems to be making poor choices. First a supermax for Lillard, and now they bring in a cancer like Whiteside.
You would think that they would make a greater push to improve their team being that the West is wide open but I guess not. I would have tried to get a Javale Mcgee on the cheap before taking on Whiteside's contract, even if it is only for one year.
Portland is going the OKC route with that Lillard contract. Westbrook esque indeed.
Free agent Troy Daniels has agreed to a one-year, $2.1M, agent Mark Bartelstein of Priority Sports tells @TheAthleticNBA @Stadium. Daniels gives the Lakers an elite shooter to pair with LeBron James and Anthony Davis and does not affect the team’s cap space.
The Utah Jazz are planning to waive guard Raul Neto in order to create space to complete the Mike Conley Jr. trade, league sources tell @TheAthleticNBA @Stadium. Neto will become a strong option as a reserve point guard on the market.
Supposedly the Wizards are discussing a possible trade involving Miami that would send Beal to the Heat
So what is the list of PG that Lakers can even get at this point?
Can Rockets even salary dump CP3 to them?
Free agent guard Elfrid Payton has agreed to a two-year, $16M deal with the New York Knicks, agents Ty Sullivan and Aaron Mintz of CAA Sports tell
just what they need. Another PG.
If Kwitter doesn't sign with them, looks pretty ugly to me...
Even if Leonard goes to the Lakers who the heck is left for them to sign.
they wil probably try and get Dragic if he won't be on his way to the Wizards for Beal.
Paying Dame Lillard 50 mil a year is just crazy, wow
this was trending on twitter last night but nothing concrete.
