I never saw this movie, web, what's the context of this part?
It's a movie about a guy who kidnaps people and basically tells them to do something extreme (like cut off your own leg, or arm and I'll let you live), unfortunately most people die because they simply can't go through with his demands.
So it's a "guess who's the killer" type of movie.
That particular part was the end, when everyone thought the bad guy just got killed (but they killed the wrong guy) and Jigsaw (the bad guy) basically shuts the door on them saying "game over".
It's very very very rare in a North American movie that the bad guys wins, so the entire cinema was in shock. lol People were speechless including myself just looking at each other like "wtf just happened".
Hence it's a classic because it caught everyone off guard, much like "The Usual Suspects" lol.
