Literally all you've convincingly argued here is that Rudy Giuliani, lawyer and close ally of the President of the United States, was duped into giving an interview to a fake foreign journalist, went back to her room with her for drinks, was on her bed, but probably wasn't actually grabbing his balls before Borat busted in and revealed that it was a prank. That doesn't fundamentally contradict anything from The Guardian story.

I also still say that even if Rudy was just going to tuck his shirt in, he was trying to get his wet when he went over to her bedroom to have a drink.
