    Please sweep us today Nats
I'd like to see a 2004 type Red Sox comeback. The Cardinals seems like a team that could pull that off.

That said, the nats seem kind of destined for a WS trip to just get swept by iether the Astros or Yankees there.

Good by Osuna. Don't trust him at all though; only one in the bullpen I feel good about is Harris.
Agree about trusting Osuna. He dropped a turd against the Rays. He has it in him.

Torn I am about Nats and Cards.
I think I want to see the Cards extend the Nats a bit so the Nats lose some of their mojo.

When you go down 0-3 you need heart to comeback. Card's folded in game 2.

The Cards have been able to pull out of their arse many times but the signs were never there for a comeback. s can't field, pitch or hit

Gerrit Cole showing that washed up, pussy-whipped Verlnder how to properly pitch a baseball.

Problem for the Astros is they're only up 2-1 in the series and they have to start scrubs for the next 2 games

Gold and Ozuna have killed the team. Was looking like an all-time great comeback there in the 6th until they came up and whiffed at every slider in the dirt.

Did not see that coming at the start of the series. How can the mighty Cards be so impotent?

Good luck to the Nats. Always good to see a team win their first pennant. They'd have to feel fairly ok with their chances in WS. I wasn't confident going into series but didn't think it would be THIS bad. Defensive miscues and horrid plate discipline killed us

Eh Cards were easily the worst team in the postseason season, especially on offense. The only reason they got this far was cuz of the ty NL Central + Braves choke job.

Congrats to the Nats. Great team, great fans... but it still should have been these guys:

Saw the 2017 AL Wild Card Twins @ Yanks and even the average Yanks fan was crazy abusive towards anyone Twins. It was pretty eye opening. Even Fenway had less of that I also had nothing said to me at Wrigley wearing Cards gear so was pretty shocked in the Bronx

Thanks lefty for the insight. I do not watch much during the year so I gave St Louis too much credit.
