9. In 1977 I went on a safari in Nairobi, Kenya where my mother, sister & I were the first white woman (& little girl) the tribe we visited (the Masai) had ever seen. I still have a bunch of handcrafted necklaces they gave me. I also got to witness them drinking sheep blood. I have a picture around here somewhere if anyone wants to see it.
