They are the only team in the NBA that can go 7-deep(with Curry) with players that aren't liabilities on at least 1 side of the floor, tbh..it's such a luxury to have..
I didn't watch the whole game so I didn't know. His impact on the game was more inconsiderable coming down the stretch. Especially when Harrison Barnes checked in for Fetus and the Warriors went to the small ball line up.

You guys are saying Plumlee sucked in the 2nd half?
Fark, I watched the 1st half and thought Plumlee sucked.
I told yall festus was important ...

Damn that's almost at chernobili levels
Festus (sp) is going to be one of those guys who will enjoy the fruits of Golden States labor. He will enjoy a massive pay raise. I won't be surprised if Luke recruits him.
Speights can only shoot he offers no rim protection on defense and not the same activity/mobility that Festus gives state.
I think that was obvious in the 2015 Finals when he played over Bogut who was out of the rotation.
Ginobili
Green
Kawhi
Boris
Aldridge
Mills/Parker?
Duncan (when played as the only big he shouldn't be an offensive liability)
?????
Simmons
Fat Head
Boban
Miller
Yeaaa....no, with the exception of maybe Boban I wouldn't play any of those scrubs, tbh.
Only 2 of them are consistently reliable as competent 2-way players(Kawhi and Aldridge)
Green in the playoffs is a legit 2-way player, but the RS version of Green was a huge liability on offense, obviously..Manu and Diaw are hit or miss, little consistency..
Mills and Parker are always defensive liabilities, and Duncan has become a pretty big offensive liability IMO..
Spurs can go 4 or 5 deep with competent 2-way players when things are going well, which is still pretty good..Warriors can shuffle between 7 guys or so without losing much in their 5-man units..
Curry isn't that big of a defensive force over, say a Ginobili
Bogut isn't that big of an offensive force over Duncan
If you do not count Curry as a defensive liability, then neither is Ginobili and Diaw.
If you do not count Bogut as an offensive liability, then neither is Duncan.
Parker and Mills though, yeah, they suck on defense.
Quoted for inaccuracy.
I'll take it. Proud of Kawhi, LMA, Parker, Green, and co; stepped up big time.
Plumlee picking up where he left off..
Cot Damn, Plumlee has been 2013 Finals Tiago status
Dude needs to use his body to shield Bogut
He looks terrified every time he touches the ball, at this point..
LOL McCollum, short SG who doesn't want to play defense.
LOL TBlazers back court, great offensively only in no D regular season games, sucked donkey balls when things got real in the playoffs.
To be fair, they have no business being in the 2nd round..they're here by default..
Realistically, they wouldn't even be a playoff team in any other year of West basketball..
They should trade CJ/Plumlee+pick for Jimmy Butler & sign Whiteside or Ezeli, maybe even Dwert.
CJ is essentially Monta Ellis 2.0 & would be best served as a dynamite 6th man or playing alongside a big point guard like Giannis.
Portland just has limited talent
Plumlee shouldn't be starting for a playoff team, Ed Davis is useless in the playoffs, and they don't have any other decent bigs..
Gerry Henderson is trash, too..
Lillard-McCollum is the worst defensive backcourt in the league..they're gonna have to build their team with 3 great defenders at the 3-4-5 to even compete..
