If requirements for admission are met, it would appear so.

The US is a signatory to the 1967 Protocol relating to the status of refugees.

    http://www.unhcr.org/3b66c2aa10.html

Treaties are law of the land.

This Cons ution, and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Cons ution or laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding.

There is also a public law relating to the status and maintenance of refugees, The Refugee Act of 1980 (Public law 96-212)

immediate change of screen name and subject.

But that isn't the Cons ution, it's policy.

You really know absolutely nothing about anything.

I saw what happened to Common Article 3 of Geneva and The Torture Act of 1996 seventeen years ago.

I am not sanguine that Trump will uphold and take care to faithfully execute existing US laws regarding asylum.
