The way it looks he isn't leaving on his own. I predicted if he lost GA the GOP would compel his campaign to concede. Both have happened and he is still there, not giving a about our national security during a crisis. Once the states certify the vote counts and electoral votes are counted, he will have to concede. If he doesn't by Jan 22nd or whatever, he will be legally trespassing.
