Sounds like someone along your route (possibly your ISP) hasn't updated their DNS tables.

try going to http://91.185.193.217/forums/ without your proxy... if that works then it is a DNS issue like I mentioned.

Alternately, if you ping spurstalk.com from a command prompt, do you get the same IP address as above?

Nah it's not a DNS problem, as accessing via IP address didn't work either. I suspect something got cached in my router or something and I put a really secure password on it and then forgot it. I don't want to reset my router and go to the trouble of resetting on everything that connects to my home network.
