How many police officers across this country were put into the hospital by BLM, Antifa mobs as they violently rioted all over this country; burning, looting and murdering? Your side went first. You answer first.

Illegitimate VP Harris incited those rioters by telling them to stay out there, don't come back, keep rioting. But you don't care about that, right, Winester?
Apples and oranges, BLM and Antifa didn't attack the US government to overturn an election.

It doesn'atter that she was a woman, it doesn't matter that she was unarmed. Hundreds of rioters broke into the US Capitol and for Senior Security Airman Babbitt was breaking into a barricaded, secure part of it. The cop was protecting US officers from a mob that wanted to kill them.

    100% justified killing.
Nobody got shot to death except this woman, who was unarmed. No one died cept by their own hand except this unarmed woman who was shot to death. We still can't get a disposition on that cop who died. He's long gone, his body BBR. Can't wait for this "bombs " when it lands on MSM. CNN will have exclusive rights to first dibs on it. They love to say "bombs " over. MSNBC will then pile and sell the ME's assertion. And it's a gonna be a doozy. It'll happen dead of Summer, so there ain't too much resistance. Then come fall they'll lay it on thick, go for the jugular.

    Yes.

If you shot someone breaking into your house you'd be justified to shoot them on the spot in Texas, was the US Capitol somehow forbidden from protecting US officials from a violent mob on Jan. 6th?

Babbitt was a Senior Security Airman. She knew what she was doing and she earned the consequences.

If someone is breaking into your house, it doesn't matter whether they're armed or not. You can shoot them.

Why should the rules be any different for the seat of government?

For approximately 95% of BLM manifestations there was zero violence.

I'm pretty sure armed force is allowed to protect the US Capitol and US officers from a riot.

I don't do that happy horse , Winester. Those things are skewed beyond the pale. BLM has been haranguing this country for years. Nothing more than animals. Fake VP Harris giving them license to run amok is unforgivable, and you know it.

I don't see any prohibition of the use of force, and plenty that authorizes protection of US officers by capitol police or its designees.

    (a) Subject to the direction of the Capitol Police Board, the United States Capitol Police is authorized to protect, in any area of the United States, the person of any member of Congress, officer of the Congress, as defined in 2 U.S.C. § 60-1(b), and any member of the immediate family of any such member or officer, if the Capitol Police Board determines such protection to be necessary.
    (b) In carrying out its authority under this section, the Capitol Police Board, or its designee, is authorized, in accordance with regulations issued by the Board pursuant to this section, to detail, on a case-by-case basis, members of the United States Capitol Police to provide such protection as the Board may determine necessary under this section.

    I do.

They're allowed to use their property, and also to protect US officers.

Do you see any prohibition of force there?
