There is no guarantee this will remain the case. It is more likely higher qualified white males will need to compete for less positions. Think of a Pepsi commercial where there is now only space for 1 white male to make room for all the other demographics.

I didn't know about Nick Fury before the Ironman movie, that's why I prefer Samuel Jackson to David ing Hasselhoff. My argument was with the poster that has Thanos as his username. I asked him if instead of Thanos being faithfully represented (acording to the source material) in the last Avengers movie, he would have had long blonde hair and yellow skin (non character defining traits), if he would have been cool with that. And his answer implied that he obviously wasn't, so then I pointed out that preferring purple over yellow, to stay faithful to the character, is the same as preferring white over black, to stay faithful to the character.
