Depends. I dont mind restaurants being open. Ppl need to work and survive. They should have limits, distancing and require masks except while sitting on table.
I myself would go eat outdoors.Not indoors. Why? Because people are ing stupid and dont respect those basic guidelines.
So if you sit at a table you can not get the virus but if you are not at the table to eat put mask on

At some point you have to mitigate risk as much as realistically possible while still eating. If you're able to wear a mask you should wear a mask. It's hard to wear a mask while eating.
