Lets be Honest, If he weren't going to already Overshadow Tim at his HOF induction before.

    This seals the deal.

Tragic truth with how the media, especially social media, works.

Thoughts and Prayers for Kobe, his daughter, the 3 other victims on the Helicopter and their respective families.

    AND A ING SUNDAY MAN!!!
Yea, that sucks. But we're reminded their are more important things all the same.

Strange decision indeed. Seeing playing visibly upset, Tyson Chandler was filmed crying on the bench and then still expect them to perform.
It was the right thing to do. Jew didn't want to lose any nickels.

Couldn't be helped. This happened in the middle of the day while schedules, fan travel etc were already set in motion.

All games not started yet should've been canceled.

Double edge sword. If you believe in the after life, than it's a comforting thought she, nor Kobe will be alone. But yeah imagine the thoughts as the helicopter plunges.
    You just never know.

But they didn't miss the chance to ask pro bowl players how they felt about it. Gotta squeeze this night stalker level for all its worth.

holy how tragic. hated him as a player because of the spurs rivalry and living in cali but wow condolences to all that are affected. one of the most iconic players of the NBA. RIP legend.

I actually attended one of the games on his farewell season.

Despite the millions and benefits, it's cruel that a man who spent his entire life trying to craft an image and carefully build a legacy/narrative won't be able to enjoy being celebrated, not even for the HOF. Life's weird that way.
Nature finds a way to make things right, tbh...

    Slob trying to score points.

I didn't like Kobe; but the NBA made him a rich part of their fabric. They should honor that and let their players and fans have time to mourn properly.

None of this suddenly makes me a big Kobe fan.

I saw him play a number of times live. He made the game more enjoyable to watch regardless of how I felt about him.
