How could you explain the need for two rug shampooers? lol
Picked this up from 411mania/mma
According to Heavy.com, sources close to the show have confirmed that the popular ESPN.com show, MMA Live, has been picked up by ESPN 2. As of now, there is no word on when the show will debut on the network.
Pudzianowski gonna fight on 7th May with Yusuke Kawaguchi and then on 21st may he is suppose to meet Tim sylvia.
At least he will get mma fighters now to see if he can make any impact.
he is working his ass off, at least what I can get from the media and him
He is confident as always and even y at times. He knows he can be hit but he says Yusuke won't knock him out with a smile. In a meaning it's impossible like he would be made of steel.
Haha, Tim Sylvia...
Is that what he's become, sideshow fodder? Poor guy. He had it all, and then it went poof.
Amazing how far downhill he has gone.. After the Fedor loss, mentally this guy checked out..
If you want to do a prediction thread here are my choices

And again...
Several San Diego police swarmed in on UFC bad boy War Machine last night -- and threw a spit bag on his head -- after cops say the dude assaulted someone with a deadly weapon.
TMZ has learned Machine -- which is the fighter's legal name -- was arrested outside a bar called Thruster's Lounge around 11 pm.
Law enforcement sources tell us Machine and another male were fighting with bouncers -- and when cops tried to approach the situation, War Machine took off running.
Eventually, cops caught up with the 28-year-old -- threw him in handcuffs, and for some reason, put a spit bag over his head ... which is generally applied when the perp gets a little too aggressive with his oral fluids.
Machine was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon -- though it's unclear what the weapon is. He's currently being held in a SD jail.
Nice to see he's doing so well...
One of the sport's finest ambassadors.
...and one of the porn industry's too!
From bloodyelbow: Nate Quarry gets facial reconstruction surgery:
"Got screwed in the face 13 times yesterday! Yep, facial reconstruction surgery. Good times."
"My cheekbones were broken loose and had to be screwed down to keep them in place. Then a mesh made from anium is laid down with some bone growth material over the top of it. That accelerates the whole healing process. Screws will be permanent. As is the anium mesh they laid down."
From bloodyelbow:
"Mike Whitehead has been arrested and charged with three felonies including sexual assault, attempted sexual assault, and open and gross lewdness."
"If convicted, each charge carries a minimum of one year in prison. Detectives arrested him after he declined to answer questions about a sexual assault of an adult female that he was allegedly involved in this past Saturday. His bail has not been set."
"Morgan said additional charges related to a marijuana growing operation (at least 50 plants) discovered at Whitehead's residence are pending."
Alex Emelianenko's latest fight. Wonder how much they paid his opponent to take that dive?
WOW, what the was that travesty?

I just barely heard about this "released" bull and now there's this too...
1) Strikeforce has the dumbest ing brain trust ever.“We offered Paul a six-figure contract to fight Fedor, but he turned it down,” said Coker in a statement released in September of 2009. “His decision is understandable considering Fedor’s level of skill but, at the same time, Paul didn’t really fit into our plans. He’s been a solid journeyman fighter and we wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors.”
2) Dana had no reason to let Paul go unless he truely believes Kongo/Struve are on the bottom of the UFC's list. Those were good damn fights with lots of heart. They should have put Paul vs Gonzaga, loser goes home. Sure, HW is stacked, but as for putting good fighters on cards this was a garbage decision.
Many (MANY) of the posters on the Sherdog forums are idiots, but this guy has it right:
"I liked Strikeforce. Then that slept with M-1 and got their herpes."
I can't really stand that site's posters. The memes are ty. The belt system empowers people to talk too much. Many of them think it's a contest to see who is the toughest nerd behind a computer with the most trivial MMA knowledge. I could go on and on.
Strikeforce had syphilis before they signed on with M-1, that's the only way to rationalize them willfully putting themselves in this position.
