Awesome. Go Spurs Go. Manu is a winner everywhere. Here's hoping the young ones learn some commitment through osmosis from one of the winningest legends ever.
LFG. The GOAT has returned. Was only a matter of time tbh.

No wonder he’s with the young guys at the Hemisphere Arena last week. I love it. The young guys learning from a legendary Spur. I hope it’s a precursor to a coaching career. I would love for him to take the helm someday as the HC, TP as the GM and Timmy, we’ll Timmy can do whatever he wants.
??? HemisFair Arena was torn down years ago. The Convention Center expanded over it’s former footprint.
Finally...A good hire.
Amazing news! I love it
Looking very forward to this season, aside from the Bryn nonsense
Hopefully Manu can teach Simmons that Eurostep.
Anyone have the press release for the other hires?
My man(u)!
This is great news. I thought Manu had previously expressed he had no interest in coaching or development, and I figured he would spend the rest of his days with his family in Argentina and traveling the world (and no one could have blamed him).
Even if it's a short term gig, having guys like Timmy and Manu around in ANY capacity is a win for the organization.
The best news of the off-season!
His influence can only be positive.
Glad to know you are there helping to shape the future of the Spurs, Manu!!!!
Nice but likely irrelevant. A lot of players sign on in this capacity and end up just collecting checks. Hope Manu is different and can impart some wisdom on the young guys. If this is a precursor to Ginobili taking a more prominent role with the organization in the future, that would be cool too. I wonder how different things would be if the Spurs had drafted Duarte and Bolomaro. Both of those guys could've used a Manu-like mentor.
God, you’re a bitter . Unhappy that a franchise icon is returning in a PA development role.
Duncan as assistant coach, Ginobili as special advisor, now all we need is Parker as a spousal relations officer and we’re all set.
Put your edge back in its sheath, dude. Did you read the first sentence and then ignore the rest? Demanding anything but complete and total laudation for any move the Spurs make is lame.
