Let's talk about *s. We know the 1999 "champs" has one. Looks like whoever wins the le this year will get one too. Let's look at the teams with the best league records and likely contenders:

    2020 Bucks played 65 games (79.2%)
    2020 Lakers played 63 games (76.8%)
    2020 Toronto played 64 games (78%)
    2020 Clipps played 64 games (78%)
    2020 Celtics played 64 games (78%)
    2020 Heat played 65 games (79.2%)
    1999 Spurs played 50 games (60.9%)

Any contender that wins it this year gets a smaller * than the Spurs
I'm sorry did the other teams pplay 82 games that season?

And SPurs would have benefitted from a longer season actually, they had a very slow start and still finished with the best record

No one is winning it this year. In two weeks when is the earliest time the league could possibly start again this country is going to look a lot like Italy is right now. We have had community spread for more than a month and a half and it's already all over the US. In two weeks a sizeable portion of the league will have it. By the time we're in the postseason teams are going to struggling to fill rosters with negative players. The le would be likely determined by whichever team plays in the city with the lowest infection rates. You need to let go of the thought of winning a le this year.

Gobert's going to be a pariah in that locker room now. What an immature .

He should get a long suspension for this.

Jazz teammates say Gobert was "careless in the locker room"

Too bad he doesn't play for the Clipps

College Conference Tournaments just got cancelled. March Madness can't be far behind. That will cripple casinos. Last year over 8 billion dollars was bet on the NCAA Tournament.

The biggest beneficiary will be LeBron as he gets to rest up for the playoffs, if or when they begin. Everyone in the league should just get infected, get over it and then play the remaining games in empty stadiums.

KL isn't going to change. Who would volunteer to work twice as much for the same pay?

I'd like to see the NBA go bankrupt.

That's not a smart thought. Major markets can survive NBA going bankrupt, not cities like San Antonio.

LA has Dodgers, "LA Angels," the Kings, Hollywood, movie industry, Grammy's, etc., to lean on. Boston has the Red Sox, Bruins and MAGA. Chicago has the Cubs and White Sox.

What will San Antonio have - a rodeo? The Riverwalk? Results: Move somewhere else.

    Seattle Spurs?
    Vancouver Spurs?
    Las Vegas Spurs?

What's your favorite new Spurs location son? Because that's what would happen if NBA goes bankrupt.

And no more free revenue from my Lakers either.

NBA bankruptcy would turn San Antonio into Cleveland, post LeBron

The NBA should just go straight to the playoffs when the season resumes. The top 8 teams in each conference as of right get inPERIOD and the bum ass teams like the Spurts get an early vacation
