I'm trying to mess with a picture that's in black and white, and bring in a color picture to superimpose. But, when I bring over the color picture it automatically turns black and white. I can't figure out how to change it back to the original color. I was using the pictures below so people know what I'm talking about.

I wanted to put a purple pimp hat and some sort of coat on him. It's for a powerpoint presentation I have to do...any help is appreciated

    Use this image.

The image you were using, was saved in greyscale format. So anything you added to it, would also be in greyscale.

All I had to do was copy it, open a new project, change it to RGB color format, and paste!
