Who said Texas was bad? All the Californians are moving to Lufkin and Muleshoe.
What about the unfunded liabilities?
California is facing close to $1B in unfunded pension liabilities. That state is a mess.
And Kansas seeded with tax cuts just continues to grow and grow
Odd that the "no one" voters won the last election.
Yes, I too found that odd!
Thanks for the chat!

He lives in blue Austin.
Try again
If you're going to come back with you live in Hutto or some , then lol.
I don't have to live in Austin to own a house there.
But it would matter if I lived in Hutto. I cannot vote in Austin or Travis County elections if I don't live there, and that means the only thing I have in common is the state government, which is red, last I checked.
I don't live in Hutto either.
A home in which you never live isn't a home. You don't have to deal with traffic in a metro where you don't live.

How is traffic a big deal in a metro area where you don't live?
