falling down is the best song I've ever listened to.
John Denver, sans the goofy hair...with his wife...both at prime.
From his "Dreamland Express" album.
and if you are listening to something that cannot hit hard then you are doing it wrong.
I am using these atm
Glen Campbell, in association with the South Dakota Symphony Orchestra talking about life & death, good & bad, living & dieing, "again, and again, and again."
This is probably more to mouse taste and it kicks the out of anything he had up on the best guitar solo thread. After the seconds verse he just goes nuts.
this my right here. i can get any latina's panties to drop by singing this song. works every time.
You can get any party crunk with ol Framp.
old school pop better than anything above especially led Zeppelin . I collect 1960s and 1970s (have 1000s of records and cds) and wouldn't waste my time with any Led Zeppelin. The type of guys who listened to that are the same types who were weak and had to follow the crowd into stuff like pot smoking and could not stand alone. I pumped iron and no one ever messed with me. Always thought the led Zeppelin types were weak.
I'm really not much of a Beatles fan, but I thing this one is great:
This however is my all time favorite:
^Grand citation, Rascal. Just outstanding.
That's a time piece you just posted... and not a good one at that. The mighty Zepp is a group for all ages. Greatest band ever.
Rock is inferior to old soul.
I'd rather listen to horns and strings and better melodies, great background vocals that often are the hook of the song and far superior vocals than what rock offers (guitar- I don't care about the guitar as the lead instrument masking inferior vocals).
The Beatles are the greatest band ever. Led Zeppelin didn't even have a single number one song. Great group for the dope heads though. And I don't even listen to the Beatles, rather listen to soul.
Sickening redneck rock.
One of the 300 songs classic rock stations play over and over again. just sickening
The Beatles are the most overrated group ever. That doo-wop you posted has no soul.
Never understood why people see playing wild guitar is so appealing. Songs with no melody full of tension with the guitar and inferior vocals suck.
Never said the pop tune I posted was soul. I said I like soul but pop tunes with strong hook melodies like the one I posted I also like.
