And as the older generation dies off and the younger gains their majority the electorate continues to change. Medicare for all enjoys a majority now as opposed to the plurality 3 years ago, add in the public option and you get an overwhelming majority.

Not sure what this means. Just in the district I lived in, least, it was a pro Medicare for all Dem running against an in bent Republican who trotted out the usual about “socialism!” and “death panels!” that fell completely on deaf ears and lost because of it.
The free college/universal basic income is definitely out there but the idea that universal healthcare is some radical view makes no sense.
