It did fall, though.
Just heard on the radio (Fan 590) that this trade was in the works but that one of the teams pulled out at the midnight hour according to the hosts. I assume it was the Spurs.
The trade didn't happen, so this isn't big news, bu interesting if there was some truth to it.
I meant fell through*
Sounds like Garbage, unless the Spurs wanted too many of Philly's second-rounders.
Let this be a huge lie
BS Trade Rumor. Even if it were true, no way its the Spurs that pull back at the last minute.
It's because of your jinx Amuseddaysleeper that the trade failed.
If I got 50 , I'm banning you.
Spurs trading Bonner?..... hahahahahaha, yea right.
Sucks if true but it's probably false anyway...
Bruno bringing the hammer down!
BS.
The Spurs would never trade Bonner.
In the interests of saving the team future injuries, Amuseddaysleeper must go. Here you go Bruno,

Let him never start a game thread again! Alas we hardly knew ya...
Well maybe the Sixers' coach wanted to do his former team a favor TBH
Better not be true...
The Sixers were the Spurs' best trade partner with Young and Turner both available (Sixers even needing to cut the price of Turner).
Trade doesn't even work. Spurs salaries out are too low. If anything, being below the salary floor, Philly would be looking to ADD salary, not shave it.
I wouldn't be shocked if it were true and Philly just pulled away last second because of how ty it actually is for them. But it'd be a part of their trade deadline master plan: trade away 75% of the decent players they have and tank.
The trade doesn't work under the CBA. Keep fantasizing and cursing the front office, if you wish.
You are being too literal. Many times, only a core of the package is reported. It could very well work by adding a very simple other piece (Ayres, De Colo...)
I'm just kidding, I don't have any problems with the front office. It was more of a shot at Philly's, because they've literally tried to trade the few good players they have away other than MCW (and Noel but he's hurt.)
If you don't understand the CBA? Sure.
Not truth
Too athletic....pop would not bang
