Pretty ugly list. Pops, Mihm, or Ratliff. I am hoping for something better for our 2nd big, in addition to an impact big. The RJ deal and FO comments have me all giddy now!

I would only consider Ratliff and Mihm from the group, maybe a Joe Smith.

Same here, Ratliff is still a good defensive big and Mihm is underated.

Really, though, they are looking for 2nd and 3rd bigmen, not 4th and 5th.

Sounds like we at least have some consensus on Ratliff to help guard the rim better or Mihm. Way too many uncontested dunks and dribble penetration layups happening to us the last few years.

Might as well mention Dwayne Schintzius once again while we are at it.

I don't think we get any of these guys..

the objective will be to sign a starter for the MLE..our 3rd/4th bigs will be Ian and Bonner, and 5th will be Oberto IMO..maybe bring in Gist and have him play some 4..

    probably expect some small-ball..

Mihm has played exactly 41 games over the last 3 seasons. He's done.

Spurs need a starting big and a first off the bench bigman. Very few 'barrel scrapers' would qualify. I think they will use their MLE for a starting big, though another trade is always a possibility. McDyess and Nesterovic or Pachulia and Nesterovic make a lot of sense. Of course, they could shock us all and end up with McDyess and Splitter.

I like any of those combinations. I think they would all work, though the Splitter scenario seems much more unlikely than the others.....but....you never know
