Those aren’t the only two options. You can have extreme restrictions on nursing homes and at risk population and let the virus run its course through those who aren’t at risk.
Surely the politicians will put opioid manufacture and sales under quarantine.

I gave those as purely Darwinian features based on perceived usefulness of the individual.
That means it runs its course unchecked through the nursing homes too since the nurses, custodians, cooks, etc all have it run unchecked through their families and thus run unchecked through them too.
This is a very tough balancing act
We got this as well

Did I need to bold extreme restrictions in my previous post?
What are the extreme restrictions? Do they convert the nursing home workforce to robots?
The same extreme restrictions you and I are practicing now.
That guy was blatant, but the message is fundamental to sadistic, psychopathic Repug/evangelical thinking.
O'Reilly said "they are on their last legs anyway" (so don't spend resources trying to protect or save them)

How do nurses stay six feet away from their patients?
Im not getting checked for temperature or tested when I enter HEB.
Are all the workers getting tested... nope. Are some nursing homes still letting family in, yep....
These older folks are stuck in there.
And this is where we get our bigger numbers in specific localities all at once.
We have got such mixed up rules right now I get it.
It is a dangerous balancing act we are playing, I just hope the UV light of summer acts like it does with other viruses.
Personally I want to go back to work with people in the fall as this is really very scaled back not real productive work. We have to see faces and point at things right in front of us in 3-d. But I especially am going to be carefully scrutinized because of the nature of the work. People I work with clearly understand this stuff.
Yes it was meant to show one of the extremes.
Kind of like you showed that picture of Reade to illustrate, "do you really want to believe this thing?"
as usual, your take on my posts are really ing weird and way out in the weeds
yeah sure.
So why the picture?
It was so incredibly liberal of you to show that women age poorly.
You try to separate yourself from the ultra conservative and you go and play that game.
Hypocrite. Oh '"this thing accused Biden"
Why the picture?
pure curiosity!
If she's telling the truth, then Biden should admit and move on.
Now we have noting but she said / he said.
Why should anyone believe Reade while Christine Ford was trashed, disbelieved?
Has the Dem side threatened Reade with death, forced her into hiding in the way that Repug/Kavanaugh supporters have done to Ford?
And why does Reade make it a big deal now? I bet she's been "paid" by the Repugs to make it a big deal, like a Paula Jones was paid.
Since Lieu & Newsom are all about numbers, here are some numbers. Orange County has 3.2 million people, that is more people than 21 entire states have. Orange County has 50 deaths from Coronavirus (12 of the 50 deaths have been in nursing homes), there are only 6 states that have less deaths and those states have less than half the population of Orange County. Newsom always says numbers don't lie.
Yes, the restrictions have worked quite well there.
Worldometer is listing available data from every county in Texas now: https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/usa/texas/
Moore county stands out.
Muh 2nd amendment
Wow that's nearly 2% of the county's population with active cases. Jeebus superspreader there?
Meat packing plant.
Quién sabe?
Cool if true.
BS
You want to trash her looks.
Or you would have just stated the above without a picture of her getting old and fat.
Now you see why conservatives get mad a liberals picking at their intentions and yours were clear.
But dont fear, the incel Spurtacular, came to your defense.
