Gratz Mid and any other Dodgers fans on here.

Ngl, I'm happy for Kersh. Seems like a good dude and he never made any excuses for his prior failures, always owned up to them. Glad to seem him put all that behind him this year.

. Somewhat bittersweet that the Dodgers didn't do it during a full season and at Dodger stadium, but I'll in' take it. And in many ways, this could be regarded as a more difficult season than usual. Larger playoff pool. Short season, which helps bullpen dominant teams like the Rays. No homefield advantage either way.

Cash's decision to pull Snell has to be the worst move in playoff history. Even worse than the Greinke pull last year. He was at 73 in' pitches and mowing down Dodger batters left and right.

Love it when SABR backfires in the post-season, as it always in' does. SABR is useless for decision making in unique situations for which there isn't any data on. Just because your strategy works over a long regular season sample size where you're playing teams half the time, doesn't mean it's the correct decision for a discrete event. You have to manage by "feel" in the post-season, which is something these front office calculator heads will never understand. Taking out Snell in the 5th might've worked all season when you were playing the likes of the Orioles and Tigers, but that data is absolutely useless in Game 6 of the World Series.

It rivals Grady Little pulling Pedro back in 2003

Rays weren't scoring another run anyway and Snell would have been pulled eventually. This offense wasn't winning tomorrow either.

    Enjoy Midnightpulp
