    West retired at the end of the 2007 season. There are reports that talks about Gasol have been going off and on for almost a year.

    So the fact West was around in the 06-07 season makes it possible for him to play a part in something he has had no control of? gee...that makes so much sense..just because a team has talked over a year ago doesn't mean anything close was to happening.




    Wallace is a terrible GM, hardly a newsflash. Look at what he did in Boston.
