Pretty sure you can't "like" anything w/o being friends w/ the person posting it first.
My roommate has been asking me to help him out with this poll his niece and nephew are participating in. If yall could just "like" the photo they can dominate the voting. Anyways.. here's the link

And besides, the thought of a bunch of internet strangers "liking" a pic of two young children is slightly off-putting.
It's a fan page. You just "like" the fan page and can "like" the photo afterwards.
