Trump is spending exponentially more energy and time claiming he "already condemned" white supremacy or that he's "willing to" condemn white supremacy when he could just say "I condemn white supremacy in all forms and I denounce any support I'm getting from white supremacists" and this discussion would be over.
He won't do that though since the white supremacist vote is how he wins.
