The ratio. Hes using the correct ratio. 10x ukros have died more than Russians (not counting rebel alliance soldiers)

Based on all the #s I been following. The ratio is correct.
If Shoigu said only 5k Russians died and 100k Ukros the ratio woukd beand Russians woukd ask why the partial mobilization then?
If you include Donbas militias and Mercs (wagner) the ratio drops to 1/5
