I see none mentioning Herb Hand?
The Oline has clearly not been stellar.
So are we getting ourselves in tough situations playcalling so that the Oline can’t handle it?
What I have seen from Hand I like even though: Junior Angilau has been struggling imo but we don’t appear to have a good backup. Braun has been struggling as well. Got to have Shackleford in for leadership it takes at center, but I don’t think he is close to an NFL center and has been beat badly and makes some bad decisions.
So Hand stays because he’s relatively new, doing a good job, what?
Are there any asst. coaches around that you guys think are actually the reason this horrible decline has not led to an outright rebellion? Guys that are good at staying focused and keeping morale from complete meltdown?
Bingo, I'd give hand 1 more year. No mention of Giles either. My reasoning for that is he cut his teeth in the 4-3 defense, and though i think he is an average recruiter he is great at getting the most out of his guys. I think the struggles with the dline are 95% due to the 3 man front we are running.
24/7 reporting Larry Fedora is not expected to be retained in any role, so he will not be the new offensive coordinator.
Offensive analyst Andre Coleman expected to move on as well.
I wouldn't be surprised if Herman interviews for another job at the end of the season, even if his job is safe. He has been a superstar his whole coaching career, this is the first time he has been faced with adversity, how he responds is still an unknown.
I would think he forfeits about $20 mil by doing so.

I'd be mighty surprised. This has always been his dream job. I see him fighting tooth and nail to keep it
Lets all hope he turns it around.And spends the next twenty years at Texas. If my memory is correct DKR won 11 outright and 3 co confrence ships in his 20 years. Maybe Herman can get close to a match. even close to J. Macks record for ships would be nice.

Outside of High School Football, and College Football, I'm pretty much done with sports. My time is too valuable to waste it on watching a bunch of over indulgent millionaires play a kids game.
Sorry that the arena league is folding, but it means nothing to me because I would never give them a penny of my money.
Oh, there is a exception to my sports watching, I will watch both the summer and winter Olympics
austin has a pro soccer team now give mls a try u will be surprised at the pace of play it makes it hard to go back to watching football
