I kinda need some input here..I'm planning on buying a condo next year in the Greater Manila Area. I have no idea what I'm looking at price wise and unfortunately there isn't enough information online..
Are there any good condos priced around 30-55k Dollars? Two rooms, a kitchen and a living room? I really don't have any place to crash in the Philippines, but over the last two years I've started to get connected again with my relatives back home and now plan to visit every year.
1.5 to 2 million pesos is my budget...What do you guys recommend and should i even live in the city?

I'm coming to the Philippines in October for the first time!
You can always PM them instead of starting a thread.
Where will you specifically want to go/stay? I mean do you already have a plan?
Will you just stay for a short period of time or long?
Right now I'm living in Marikina, the city is quite peaceful and know someone who could sell with your budget around. The establishment just recently opened and occupying the room is ready I think around September to December.
Traffic here is so really bad by the way.
Let's make a group of PH STers or PH Spurs fan or something like that.
TBH if you plan to just visit few times a year because pf relatives, I wouldnt advise you buying a condo it's not practical imho. But if you really plan on buying one i dont think 2 million pesos is enough for 2 rooms kitchen living room. The place you want might cost you 5-10 mil. Dont rely too much on me though still going to uni so take my opinion fwiw.
Replace the Pistons forum, tbh
Im up here in alaska working will be home in sept lets all meet up im from marikina area
If you wear a polar bear carcass do the locals mistake you for an Eskimo, tbh?
What school?
Ateneo.
Dude, we're schoolmates.
You were probably the one I caught ST'ing sometime last year in Rizal Lib tbh. Tried to look at the username but decided not to
Dafuq is up with buying a condo if you're not gonna stay in the country for too long. Just find a cheap hotel
And a condo will require you to stay for a min of a year
Where are you exactly from Marikina?
We can meet up I'm just in Katips
Wow a lot from East side here. Let's go! You working already?
Nah I'm still at Uni. Ateneo
Not living in Manila at the moment so not very sure about the price range.
2 million pesos would get you a studio type / one bedroom condo in some of SM's properties ie Grass (connected to SM north and near edsa and mrt line), fern (SM Fairview) etc It might be ok if you are single imho and the free amenities like pool, gym, badminton and basketball is great
