Mitch: Now, who can we get to learn the broken-leg guy at the 4?

    Bartender: You mean Orange Julius?

    Mitch: Yeah. Who you got?

Bartender: Hmmm.... Oh, I know... BOOZ!

Mitch: Booz is? Booz Allen Hamilton? One of your regs who gets ed up all the time and skips his tab?

Bartender: No dumbass, Carlos! Don't you remember us ganking him from the Bulls?

    Mitch: OMG.

Bartender: *speed dials Jimmer Buss* Sign Carlos Boozer to a 4yr/$59m contract so he doesn't feel inferior to the Russian cripple, he can mentor him.

Jimmer: But it is past 12:01!? I'm sure someone got him already!

    Bartender: Getter dun!

Jimmer: Just got off the phone with his agent, we gottim!

Please take parsons now so the dream can continue...
Portland already offered that overrated bum a ridiculous contract, so they might "steal" him.

In 94/95.. We had Vlade and Elden in place and still we signed Sam Bowie, who was older and bit out of place. But he proved to be invaluable anchoring the defense. Signings that seem unattractive at first can prove to be valuable later on. I keep sensing a parallel to the turn-around squad of 95. That was Del's first year and he won coach of the year. We got Luke in his first year. Nick Van Excel was beginning his 2nd season just like D'LO, and Eddie Jones was an exciting rookie just like Brandon Ingram. We had a key trade that brought us Cedric Ceballos, which I would compare to Batuum or Parsons should we land one of those.

I feel it! We're turning this around

Thing is, they don't have a Vlade or Elden. Elden>>>>Julian. And Vlade was a fringe all-star level talent who was much better than current Mozgov.

Yeah, like Vlade was at least a net-positive guy. Mozgov might not even play 1/2 his games the next 3 years and if he does will probably make them worse if that is even possible.

    Hopefully he is healthy ...
Lakers did opposite of what I said though ...
    Overpaying.
I dont see how he turns down 10 million less ...
4 years at 54 million with a team option after 3
Shows good faith on both sides ...
    Ugggh.
    Ahh well.
I was against parsons, whiteside, horford, etc at max ...this is less i guess.

Plus Ceballos at that time was much better than Batum or Parsons. And Eddie Jones was alot more polished than Ingram and Russell is no where close to Van Exel right now.

    "Baby Durant" ...

He's officially fighting off the "bust" label already ..Zero highlight play/stretch after +25 games in the season that basically disqualifies him from any star potential comparison..

I have him as Tayshaun Prince 2.0 for a ceiling based on what's he shown so far....
