based on what this guy is saying, i dont understand this decision at all. seems like this whole thing is a question of fact, and thats a job for a trial jury, not a grand jury. keeps talking about conflicting witnesses... some witnesses said this, some witnesses said that. the whole purpose of a trial jury is to determine all that.

This entire situation makes me sad. Watching people pander and try to grab attention and use every excuse to promote what they want is sad.

Posting pictures of Brown in his nice clothes. Posting pictures of him assualting a store owner. Claiming racism. Claim a history of violence by Brown. People using something like this to make large sweeping claims on either side is sad. Also, shows that how even for an educated country, just how scary people can be and how illogical they can be. Right or wrong, some of the critical thinking on display here is really scary.

true. where i live is a third black, so everytime like this happens, tensions get worse and I hope for the best. i thought Obama was supposed to be a post racial president, but I knew it was all bull . if anything, he's gotten involved in cases like this before all the facts were known thereby inflaming things.

The media are the worse though.
